This is an easy way to cook a chicken curry. The herbs i used are sage, taragon, chives, thyme, mint. You can use any soft leaf herb that you like. The aromas and flavors are a delight to the senses!

There are endless variation to a Chicken Curry, every household having their own way to do it. This one does not have any special spice or magic in it, except for the very common ones used almost everyday in an Indian home.
